We are seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join the Dublin site (5826 Ruebush Road). This position will serve patients of all ages and involves providing complex direct medical care within an integrated healthcare setting. This includes working closely with behavioral health and dental staff to provide a more holistic experience for the patient. The work is performed independently with oversight provided by the Chief Medical Officer. The FNP must operate in accordance with the terms and conditions of the various contracts and grants providing for the funding of programs and projects.
Qualifications: Must have by date of hire and maintain current throughout employment: License to practice medicine by the Commonwealth of Virginia; DEA license; Medicare PIN and UPIN numbers; Medicaid number; BLS/CPR or ACLS certification within 30 days of hire.
